The role
- Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Run service with confidence, especially lunch service
- Lead sections during busy periods with consistency
- Train and support junior chefs on shift
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
- Support breakfast, afternoon tea, and light room service

- Salary £43,000
- Tronc circa £6,000
- 45 hours per week
- 5 days per week
- 29 days holiday including bank holidays
