Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Luxury Dining

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Tronc

Location: Isle of Wight

My client currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager ono the Isle of Wight to lead an exciting, experience-led dining operation. My client is looking for an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for food and wine, exceptional customer service skills and a strong commercial mindset. The successful candidate will lead and develop the team, deliver memorable guest experiences and drive operational excellence and profitability.

About the position

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and operational standards
• Deliver memorable dining experiences through outstanding food, wine and customer service
• Recruit, train, motivate and develop the team to achieve high standards
• Manage budgets, revenue targets, labour costs and food and beverage profitability
• Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain food quality, stock control and cost efficiency
• Identify opportunities to grow the business, enhance the guest experience and develop innovative food and beverage concepts

The successful candidate

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Senior Restaurant Supervisor within a high-end hospitality environment
• A genuine passion for food, wine and creating memorable dining experiences
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Excellent commercial awareness, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control
• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
