We’re seeking an experienced Night Area Manager to oversee cleaning operations across a portfolio of prestigious 5-star hotels and luxury venues in London. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional standards across multiple sites.

About the Position

Lead night cleaning operations across multiple luxury sites
Manage and develop supervisors and cleaning teams
Build strong client relationships
Maintain exceptional cleaning and presentation standards
Manage staffing, rotas, and resources
Conduct quality checks and site audits
Drive team performance and service excellence
Ensure health and safety compliance
Resolve operational issues and urgent requests
Identify improvements across all sites

The Successful Candidate

Experience managing teams in luxury hospitality or high-end facilities
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Previous night-shift experience preferred
High attention to detail and quality
Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of health and safety
Full, valid UK driving licence
Flexible to work 5 nights on / 2 nights off on a rota
