We are recruiting an Operations Manager for one of London's most exciting independent hospitality groups, overseeing a collection of four vibrant, individual venues.

Think craft beer, great food, live music, DJs, buzzing beer gardens, creative events and proper neighbourhood pubs with personality!

This is a business that does things differently. Each venue has its own identity, loyal community and unique offering, from traditional pubs with a modern twist to lively late-night spaces and a thriving brewery taproom.

The Role

• Oversee four distinctive venues across East London.
• Lead, inspire and develop General Managers and their teams.
• Drive sales, profitability and commercial performance.
• Champion craft beer, innovative drinks, quality food and exceptional hospitality.
• Work with teams to create exciting events, entertainment and experiences.
• Maintain the individuality and personality of each venue.
• Manage budgets, P&L, labour costs and operational standards.
• Work closely with passionate, hands-on owners to help shape the future of the business.

• An experienced multi-site operator from independent pubs, bars or craft beer-led hospitality.
• Someone who genuinely loves pubs, beer, music and London's independent hospitality scene.
• A commercially sharp operator with a creative, entrepreneurial mindset.

• Someone who understands both neighbourhood pubs and high-energy, late-night operations.
