We are seeking Band 5 RMNs/RNLDs to work within the Adult Disability Service in Guernsey on an agency basis, offering initial 3-month contracts with potential for extension. You will enjoy competitive rates: £34 - £35 for days, £37 - £38 for nights and Saturdays, and a rewarding £41 - £42 for Sundays and bank holidays. The role is full-time, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in this dynamic and rewarding environment.

What you will do:
- As a member of the Adult Disability Service, you will support individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities within the Community Living Team.
- Provide essential outreach support to service users living in their own homes, extra care housing, and residential or nursing homes.
- Use the active support model to assist with all activities of daily living, including cleaning, shopping, personal care, managing finances, and engaging service users in community activities.
- Coordinate and lead a dedicated team, developing and implementing programmes of care support tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing.
- A minimum of two years experience in working with Adults with Learning Disabilities.
- Valid NMC registration and demonstrable experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
