Pay Rates (Inclusive of Holiday Pay)

  • Weekday: £26.90 per hour
  • Weeknight: £27.46 per hour
  • Saturday Day: £28.02 per hour
  • Saturday Night: £28.58 per hour
  • Sunday Day: £29.14 per hour
  • Sunday Night: £30.26 per hour
  • Bank Holiday Day: £33.62 per hour
  • Bank Holiday Night: £34.74 per hour

The Role

Seven Resourcing is recruiting experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to support a specialist Male Rehabilitation Ward in Middleton St George.

This role provides an opportunity to support men progressing through their mental health recovery journey within a structured rehabilitation environment.

You will provide skilled nursing care focused on recovery, independence and rehabilitation, helping patients develop confidence and achieve positive outcomes.

Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will support patients with complex mental health needs while delivering safe and effective clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality mental health nursing care in line with the NMC Code.
  • Assess, plan and review patient care based on individual needs.
  • Develop recovery-focused care plans and evaluate outcomes.
  • Administer medication safely and monitor patient response.
  • Complete risk assessments and contribute to risk management.
  • Support patients with rehabilitation goals and daily living skills.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions that promote independence.
  • Monitor and document patient progress.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Support and supervise Healthcare Assistants.
  • Maintain safeguarding, infection prevention and health and safety standards.

Essential Requirements

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
  • Minimum of 6 months' recent post-registration experience within mental health services.
  • Must have completed PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) training.
  • Experience within rehabilitation, inpatient or recovery-focused mental health settings is desirable.
  • Understanding of recovery models and mental health legislation.
  • Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills.
  • Ability to support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable or willingness to obtain one.
