Pay Rates (Inclusive of Holiday Pay)
- Weekday: £26.90 per hour
- Weeknight: £27.46 per hour
- Saturday Day: £28.02 per hour
- Saturday Night: £28.58 per hour
- Sunday Day: £29.14 per hour
- Sunday Night: £30.26 per hour
- Bank Holiday Day: £33.62 per hour
- Bank Holiday Night: £34.74 per hour
The Role
Seven Resourcing is recruiting experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to support a specialist Female Personality Disorder Recovery Pathway in Middleton St George.
This role provides an opportunity to support women with complex emotional and psychological needs through a structured recovery-focused approach.
You will use your clinical expertise to provide compassionate nursing care, support therapeutic interventions and promote patient empowerment, independence and positive recovery outcomes.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to personalised care planning and help create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care in accordance with the NMC Code.
- Complete mental health assessments and contribute to holistic care planning.
- Develop, implement and review recovery-focused care plans.
- Administer medication safely and monitor patient outcomes.
- Support patients with complex emotional and psychological needs.
- Provide therapeutic engagement and promote positive coping strategies.
- Undertake risk assessments and contribute to patient safety plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Work collaboratively with psychologists, psychiatrists, Healthcare Assistants and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Support recovery-focused interventions and patient goals.
- Provide guidance and support to Healthcare Assistants.
- Maintain safeguarding, infection control and health and safety procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Minimum of 6 months' recent post-registration experience within mental health services.
- Must have completed PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) training.
- Experience supporting individuals with personality disorders, complex mental health needs or rehabilitation is desirable.
- Knowledge of recovery-focused practice and mental health legislation.
- Excellent communication and therapeutic engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable or willingness to obtain one.
