What you will do:

• Manage a caseload of service users accessing drug and alcohol recovery services, providing ongoing support throughout their treatment journey.
• Undertake comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, and recovery planning in accordance with service procedures.
• Deliver harm reduction interventions, health promotion advice and provide brief psychosocial interventions.
• Facilitate one-to-one sessions, recovery groups, and structured programme activities to support sustained recovery.

Requirements:

• DBS on the update service.
• Proven experience in substance misuse, specifically drugs and alcohol.
• Strong caseload management and key working skills.
• Good understanding of harm reduction and recovery models.
