What you will do:

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised nursing care for patients with urgent and emergency needs.
• Perform patient triage, conduct clinical observations, and ensure ongoing assessments, escalating any concerns appropriately.
• Administer evidence-based nursing interventions, including medication management, wound care, and emergency treatment procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with medical staff, ambulance services, allied health professionals, and external emergency services to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in line with professional, legal, and organisational standards.

Person Specification:

• You must possess a Registered Nurse (Adult) qualification and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with current registration.
• Demonstrated evidence of continuing professional development and commitment to ongoing clinical education.
• Immediate Life Support (ILS) or equivalent emergency care training is desirable.
• An Emergency Nursing qualification or a willingness to undertake further study would be an asset.
