What you will do:

• Deliver one-on-one sessions and facilitate group work focused on substance use, including SMART groups, to foster clients' recovery
• Effectively manage a caseload of around 40–45 clients, including those on opioid substitution therapy (OST), those with dependency issues, and individuals with low-level use
• Complete and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation, such as Treatment Outcome Profiles (TOPs), care plans, risk assessments, child risk screens, and physical health screens to ensure high standards of care
• Conduct thorough assessments and apply your sound knowledge of substances, harm reduction, relapse prevention, needle exchange, and safeguarding
• Confidently navigate case management databases and demonstrate an ability to quickly adapt and integrate into your team's processes
• Collaborate with team members to provide support and enhance service delivery, creating a supportive environment for both clients and colleagues
