What you will do:

• Undertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults in community settings including complex physical and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualised evidence-based treatment plans to maximise functional independence and quality of life
• Manage a defined caseload using clinical reasoning to prioritise interventions and evaluate outcomes effectively
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including GPs nurses physiotherapists and social workers to deliver coordinated care

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist is essential

Registration and Compliance:
Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council HCPC and ensure compliance with professional standards of practice.
Possess knowledge of the Care Act 2014 Mental Capacity Act and NHS clinical governance frameworks.
An enhanced DBS clearance is required.
