What you will do:
- Conduct initial psychology assessments, working through formulation to create detailed care plans
- Utilise CBT to provide therapeutic interventions for patients with various mental health diagnoses
- Supervise Assistant Psychologists, sharing your knowledge and expertise to support their professional growth
- Offer specialist support for patients with personality disorders and neurodiverse presentations
- Complete regular evaluations of patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive inpatient care
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay at the forefront of mental health practice
Requirements:
- Registered with HCPC and BPS
- Supervision experience and registration on the RAPPS
- Proven experience in acute inpatient services; experience in locked rehab settings is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to drive with access to a vehicle is required
