Job Purpose:
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and project support of the Employer Engagement and Training function within Working Denbighshire. You will liaise with different staff and functions across Working Denbighshire, as well as internal departments and external partners, to ensure a partnership approach provides maximum benefit and opportunities to participants, helping meet target objectives.
What you will do:
- Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality services, covering the full spectrum of administrative and data processing duties as required.
- Implement and maintain effective systems for planning and scheduling project and training activities.
- Manage organisational tasks efficiently to support seamless operations.
- Serve as a key point of contact for external partners and providers, ensuring professional and effective management of queries.
- Participate in the Triage Process, assisting the local delivery team in the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of the Working Denbighshire service.
- Handle retrieval, filing, photocopying, collation, and distribution of documents as instructed.
- Prepare all referrals thoroughly and accurately for allocation.
Requirements:
- Must be educated to GCSE level, including English.
- Proficiency in Level 2 RSA Word Processing (or equivalent) and ECDL (or equivalent) or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience as an administrative officer capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and a positive attitude towards learning and development are essential.
- Ability to motivate and develop others, with a non-judgemental approach and demonstrable empathy, understanding, and confidentiality.
