We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse to work within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in the picturesque Isle of Man. This long-term locum position offers a fantastic opportunity starting ASAP and running until 28 February 2026. With an hourly rate of £40 and up to 37.5 hours per week, this role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.

What you will do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Act as a mentor and support for junior staff members.
- Participate actively in the continuous improvement of procedures and practices within the ICU.
