SCALLOP SHUCKERS WANTED – PETERHEAD!
KPI Recruiting is currently looking for Scallop Shuckers to join our client’s busy factory in Peterhead (AB42 3JF), with IMMEDIATE STARTS available!
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Shifts: 6:00am – 4:00pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Experience: No previous experience required – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED!
£300 NEW WORKER BONUS
Eligible agency workers can receive a £300 bonus after successfully completing 12 weeks.
⏰ OVERTIME AVAILABLE

Monday–Friday: Hours above 42.5 paid at 1.25x
-
Weekend overtime: Paid at 1.5x
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Scallop Shucker, your main duties will include:

Shucking and processing scallops safely and efficiently.

Removing scallop meat from shells using the correct techniques.
-
Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality and hygiene standards.
-
Working efficiently to meet daily production targets.
-
Following strict food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
-
Keeping your workstation and equipment clean and hygienic.
-
Handling and preparing seafood in accordance with company procedures.

Working as part of a team in a fast-paced factory environment.

Reporting any quality, safety or equipment issues to supervisors.
✅ No experience? No problem! Full training will be provided, so all we ask is that you are reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
