What you will do:
- Provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients in the Outpatient department
- Collaborate with medical staff to deliver comprehensive medication management
- Conduct medication reviews and provide guidance on the safe use of medicines
- Support and mentor junior pharmacy staff
- Ensure compliance with NHS guidelines and regulations
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to service development
Requirements of the Pharmacist:
- Must have GPHC registration
- Previous experience working as a Pharmacist within a UK-based NHS Pharmacy setting is essential
- A valid NVQ or equivalent Pharmacist qualification is required
