What you will do:

Support settings, schools, services, and families in applying the graduated approach to meeting the needs of pupils with SEND

Coordinate the statutory assessment process for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities while monitoring their progress against set outcomes

Collaborate with schools and settings to support pupils with SEND by developing close working relationships and offering guidance to SENCos and headteachers

Work closely with colleagues in SENISS, Occupational Therapy, Educational Psychology, and other services including Children’s and Adult Social Care and Health, ensuring a consistent multi-agency approach
