What you will do:

• Support settings, schools, services, and families in applying the graduated approach to meeting the needs of pupils with SEND

• Coordinate the statutory assessment process for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities while monitoring their progress against set outcomes

• Collaborate with schools and settings to support pupils with SEND by developing close working relationships and offering guidance to SENCos and headteachers

• Work closely with colleagues in SENISS, Occupational Therapy, Educational Psychology, and other services including Children’s and Adult Social Care and Health, ensuring a consistent multi-agency approach
