We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis with flexible hybrid working options. What you will do:

- Assess service users facing difficulties with daily living activities and those experiencing reduced independence levels.
- Collaborate within Early Intervention Integrated services, including Reablement, Equipment and Adaptations, and Assistive Technology.
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to improve service users' quality of life.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive support.
- Document and monitor progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Engage in continual learning to keep up-to-date with the latest occupational therapy practices and technologies.
- Provide recommendations for home modifications and adaptive equipment to enhance service users’ independence.

Requirements:

- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- It is essential to have a valid driving license as you will need to travel to various locations within Wigan.
