What you will do:

- Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients within the Acute Team setting.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to aid in patient recovery.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Evaluate and document patient progress regularly, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and aftercare for optimal recovery outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in physiotherapy healthcare.

Requirements:

- HCPC registration is required; showcasing your dedication to maintaining professional standards and ethics.
- A minimum of 2 years of NHS experience is essential to bring experienced judgement to the role.
- Acute hospital experience is highly desirable to effectively navigate the dynamic environment of our team.
