We are thrilled to be recruiting Band 5 District/Community Nurses for a pivotal role at the Neighbourhood Centre in Culliford Cres, Poole BH17 9DW. This six-week position offers a competitive rate of £21 per hour weekdays when paid via Umbrella. As part of your schedule, you will work full-time shifts from 08:30 to 17:00 or 08:00 to 16:30, offering flexibility and a chance to make a real difference in the community.

What you will do:
- Visit patients in their homes, providing essential health care services directly in the community.
- Deliver top-quality patient care, working closely with patients and their families to ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Manage a busy caseload with confidence and professionalism, remaining organised and proactive in your approach.
- Perform vital lower limb care to promote and maintain patients’ health.

Requirements of the Community/District Nurse:
- Must be RGN qualified and NMC registered with a valid live pin.
- Recent UK nursing experience is essential to provide the highest standard of patient care.
- Experience in community or district nursing is required to navigate the role effectively.
- Must be a car driver to comfortably reach all assigned home visits and locations.
