What you will do:
- Manage a clinical dietetic caseload to ensure personalised nutrition support
- Undertake comprehensive nutritional assessments and reviews
- Develop and implement targeted nutritional care plans
- Provide expert nutrition support to patients, ensuring optimal health and recovery
- Efficiently manage and support enteral and tube feeding patients
- Monitor and evaluate nutritional interventions and patient outcomes
- Deliver precise and evidence-based dietetic advice to improve patient care
- Collaborate and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records and documentation
- Facilitate patient-centred care and participate actively in discharge planning

Requirements:
- HCPC registration as a Dietitian
- Proven NHS Dietetics experience
- Solid experience in nutrition support and tube feeding
- Ability to independently manage an extensive caseload
- Excellent assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Collaborative mindset for working within multidisciplinary teams

Desirable Requirements:
- Acute hospital dietetics experience
- Experience managing complex nutritional support patients
- Previous experience as a Band 6 Dietitian is a plus
