What you will do
- Assist the multi-disciplinary team in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients with a variety of mental health needs.
- Help with daily living activities and provide personal care to patients as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to create and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for service users.
- Monitor and report on patients' conditions and progress, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in mental health care.
