The role - IT Technician:

• Providing all aspects of IT support to staff
• Providing first line support
• Logging incident & service requests onto the system
• Providing support to the Senior IT Engineer
• Escalate tasks to 3rd line and to the support team abroad
• Working on IT projects
• Provide operational IT Support within the Department

What our client is looking for in a IT Technician:

• Demonstrate experience with Windows 7 & 10
• Server Skills
• Trouble shooting skills
• Network skills
• Level 2 NVQ in IT or equivalent
