We are delighted to be partnering with one of Delhi's most exciting lifestyle hotel destinations as they embark on a major transformation of their food and beverage offering.
As part of this exciting evolution, we are seeking a talented and charismatic Head Chef to lead a vibrant South-East Asian restaurant concept. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate culinary professional who thrives in guest-facing environments, has a genuine love for South-East Asian cuisine, and is eager to make their mark within a dynamic hospitality group.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Currently working as a Head Chef or an exceptional Senior Sous Chef ready to take the next step
- A stable career history within fast-paced, high-quality, elevated dining environments
- Strong experience in premium South-East Asian restaurant concepts
- A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and showcasing their culinary expertise
- A confident, engaging personality with the ability to interact naturally with guests
- Experience working with premium ingredients and maintaining the highest food quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop multicultural kitchen teams
- Solid financial acumen with experience managing food costs, budgets and kitchen operations
- A genuine commitment to coaching and developing future culinary talent
- The enthusiasm and flexibility to relocate to Delhi and embrace the energy of one of Asia's most vibrant cities
Salary Package:
Salary: USD 4,000 net per month
