I'm recruiting a Head Chef for a prestigious financial institution in Central London, leading a large workplace dining and hospitality operation.

This is a brilliant role for a creative chef who can deliver an exciting 800-cover retail offer alongside high-end corporate hospitality and fine dining.

The Operation

Around 1,600 people based on-site
Retail serving up to 800 covers
Breakfast and lunch
Multiple food counters
Large deli and salad offer
Hospitality from working lunches to fine dining
Established culinary team of around 10

The Role

Lead both retail and hospitality
Manage and develop the kitchen team
Drive food quality and presentation
Take ownership of menu development
Create fresh, modern workplace dining
Deliver refined fine-dining hospitality
Manage food costs, labour and kitchen standards
Support evening hospitality when required

About You

Experienced Head Chef or strong senior kitchen leader
Premium B&I, restaurant, hotel or hospitality background
Strong across both high-volume retail and fine dining
Excellent menu development skills
Creative and genuinely passionate about food
Commercially aware and highly organised
Confident developing an established team

There's also an exciting major refurbishment planned for the operation, including the development of a completely new kitchen. The Head Chef will have the opportunity to be closely involved in shaping the kitchen and future food offer.
