I am currently recruiting a General Manager to join this boutique hotel in Bedfordshire. My client is recruiting for a General Manager who is passionate about F&B, sales & events driven with an eye for detail. We are looking for someone who leads from the front and can inspire the staff.
About the position
- Country Hotel
- Overseeing all operations of the hotel
- Create a strategy to increase revenue
- Help drive Sales & Marketing
- Create a training and development program for the team
- Train and develop a growing team
The successful candidate
- At least 3 years hotel management experience
- Operationally driven
- Strong communication skills
- F&B experience
- Customer focused with a big personality
- A leader with an eye for detail
- A team player
