As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students across KS3 and KS4, fostering a positive learning environment and encouraging students to succeed.
The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support classroom learning across KS3-4
- Provide small group and 1:1 intervention to raise attainment
- Assist with lesson preparation and resource management
- Help monitor student progress and engagement and provide feedback to teachers
- Encourage a culture of confidence, resilience and ambition
