We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead a vibrant, award-winning bistro-style pub & wine bar in Marlow. The ideal candidate will be a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer service, and achieving commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of daily operations, ensuring seamless service across front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of quality, compliance (including health & safety and licensing), and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and driving profitable growth.
- Foster a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere while upholding the venue’s standards.
About You
- Significant hospitality management experience, ideally in pubs, restaurants, or similar operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
