The General Manager Role:

Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring everything operates smoothly and efficiently.
Lead from the front, creating a warm, welcoming environment for both guests and the team.
Deliver consistently high standards of service, hospitality and guest experience.
Recruit, train and develop a motivated team, building a positive and supportive working culture.
Manage stock, rotas, costs and budgets, ensuring the business performs commercially.
Drive sales and identify opportunities to grow revenue through great service and local engagement.
Maintain excellent standards across the venue, ensuring the space is always looking its best.
Champion a culture of quality, sustainability and attention to detail.

The right Person:

An experienced General Manager or an ambitious Assistant General Manager ready to take the next step.
Passionate about hospitality, with a genuine love for great food, wine, cocktails and service.
Ideally experienced in premium, independent or quality-led restaurant environments.
A natural people leader who enjoys developing teams and creating a positive working environment.
Commercially minded, with a good understanding of sales, costs and P&L management.
