What you will do:

• Manage a caseload of families with additional and multiple needs, attending court when necessary to provide insights for specific cases.
• Conduct whole family-focused assessments in their home, working to bolster community and familial strengths.
• Ensure the voices of children and young people are included in all assessments and planning processes.
• Deliver parenting workshops and utilise tools like NVR (Non-Violent Resistance Programme) to support family dynamics.
• Collaborate with the adolescent safeguarding service to address young people’s exploitation concerns and support their transition from care.
• Attend meetings locally and nationally to fulfill the role’s requirements.
