What you will do:

- Diagnose and treat a diverse range of clinical problems, caring for patients both in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Provide supervision and guidance to clinical fellows, enhancing their journey towards CESR in General Internal Medicine.
- Participate in the general medical on-call rota, ensuring high-quality care is available around the clock.
- Contribute to clinical governance, audit, annual appraisal, and continuing professional development initiatives.
- Develop and nurture a structured training programme within the department, including regular ward huddles and learning sessions.
