What you will do:

• Deliver compassionate and high-quality nursing care to residents in a residential setting, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans tailored to meet each resident's needs.
• Administer medications and clinical interventions in accordance with the latest best practices.
• Provide support with personal care where required, maintaining dignity and respect for residents.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation and records for seamless care operations.
• Collaborate effectively with care staff, managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Adhere to CQC standards, policies, and procedures to maintain the highest level of care quality.

If you are a compassionate Registered General Nurse with valid NMC registration and some experience in residential or care home settings, we would love to hear from you. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills, along with a person-centred approach, are essential.
