What you will do
- Manage and support a diverse caseload of schools receiving Occupational Therapy services.
- Perform school-based assessments and deliver strategic interventions tailored to individual needs.
- Provide actionable advice, strategies, and programme recommendations to both families and educational settings.
- Advocate and recommend specialist equipment and necessary adaptations for inclusive participation.
- Foster collaborative relationships with Head Teachers, Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCos), and teaching staff, providing consultancy and guidance.
- Conduct training for educational professionals and support engaging parent groups, workshops, and sessions.
- Contribute significantly to Annual Reviews and EHCP processes, showcasing your expertise and insights.
- Liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams across education, health, and social care sectors.
- Maintain precise clinical records and compile insightful reports to support service delivery and decision-making.
