What you will do

• Engage and empower children, young people, and families by providing tailored support in a strengths-based approach, ensuring timely and effective help.
• Deliver interventions and activities that empower families to identify solutions and bolster their own resilience.
• Safeguard and promote the well-being of children and young people by coordinating multi-agency support plans and acting as a single point of contact.
• Collaborate with partners, such as health visitors, schools, and voluntary groups, to drive sustained positive behaviour changes within families.
• Manage and progress a caseload with a solution-focused methodology to achieve positive outcomes.
• Conduct Early Help Assessments to identify risks and needs, ensuring that the voices of families are integral throughout.
• Facilitate targeted activities and develop protective plans in partnership with families.
• Keep detailed records of assessments, plans, and outcomes, ensuring timely implementation of exit strategies.
• Work closely with the Family Hub to enhance service delivery and build strong inter-agency partnerships.
• Support and train families in life skills like budgeting, health, and hygiene to improve family dynamics and confidence.
