This is an incredible chance to expand your career as a Deputy Team Manager, joining the MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) Team in Enfield for a flexible three-month locum role. Core working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, though there is great flexibility in start and finish times, like working from 8am to 6pm for four days a week or choosing to start at 8am or 9am and finish at 4pm or 6pm. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered, making it a perfect opportunity to strike the right work-life balance.

What you will do:

• Supervise and support a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality service delivery within the MASH setting
• Conduct risk assessments and prioritise cases requiring urgent safeguarding action
• Collaborate with partner agencies to safeguard children and vulnerable individuals
• Lead team meetings and support staff development and reflective practice
• Provide expert guidance on complex cases and contribute to decision-making processes
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and service objectives
