What you will do:

Deliver a high standard of adult speech and language therapy to patients and their families/carers in a community setting, supporting a diverse population
Provide specialist advice to the stroke community rehabilitation service (CSRT), adult SLT teams, and wider multidisciplinary health services
Support integrated rehabilitation pathways to improve communication and swallowing outcomes post-stroke
Work collaboratively with health professionals across community services to ensure holistic patient care

Required:

HCPC registration is essential
Full UK driving licence required due to community-based travel
