Location: Village Just Outside Oxford
Salary: Up to £42,000 OTE including TRONC and bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy General Manager to join a beautiful, historic country gastro pub just outside Oxford.

This is a charming destination venue, offering a fantastic combination of traditional pub hospitality, quality seasonal British food, carefully selected wines and stylish guest bedrooms.

With characterful dining spaces, a welcoming bar and attractive outdoor areas, the business caters to everything from relaxed drinks and Sunday lunches to special occasions and overnight stays.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager experience within a quality food-led pub.
• Understands the expectations of a destination dining operation.
• Is passionate about seasonal food, wine and excellent service.
• Can inspire, train and develop a fantastic hospitality team.
• Is commercially confident and comfortable supporting the GM with all aspects of the business.
