Assistant Manager – Stylish Village Gastro Pub – £13ph + TRONC – Hertfordshire
Location: Brookmans Park / Hatfield Area, Hertfordshire
Salary: £13 per hour + TRONC (approximately £27,040 basic annually based on 40 hours per week)
We're recruiting for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join a stunning, stylish village gastro pub in an affluent Hertfordshire location.
This is a fantastic all-day operation, combining a relaxed neighbourhood pub atmosphere with a beautiful restaurant, quality seasonal British food, excellent wines and cocktails, and two spacious outdoor terraces.
The venue attracts a great mix of guests, from morning coffees and relaxed lunches to busy weekend dining, Sunday roasts, private celebrations and evening drinks.
What we're looking for:
- An experienced Assistant Manager or ambitious Supervisor ready to step up.
- A genuine passion for fresh food, wine and quality hospitality.
- Confidence running busy restaurant and bar services.
- A warm, engaging personality who enjoys building relationships with regular guests.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in every aspect of the business.
