General Manager, Café Pub, West London, £45K, Sundays off!!!

We’re looking for an outstanding General Manager to take the helm of a brand-new café pub in West London. This is a rare chance to shape a site from the very beginning. The foundations are in place, the doors are open and the neighbourhood is discovering them. You’ll bring the leadership to turn a promising launch into a thriving local favourite.

The role

Lead and inspire a close-knit team
Run a busy café-by-day, pub-by-night operation, trading 8am to 10pm
Drive sales towards the weekly target and beyond
Set the standard for service, atmosphere and consistency
Manage rotas, stock, margins and compliance with confidence
Work alongside an established Assistant Manager who is already in place and keen to support you

About you

Proven experience as a General Manager in a pub environment
A natural, visible leader who builds loyal, motivated teams
Commercially minded, with a track record of growing sales and controlling costs
Solid knowledge of licensing, cellar management and pub compliance
Calm under pressure and hands-on
Experience with a new opening is a bonus, but not essential
