What you will do:

• Deliver a high standard of occupational therapy to individuals within the community, focusing on person-centred care.
• Assess and support individuals with diverse needs, developing personalised treatment plans to improve daily living and independence.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date documentation in line with professional and legal standards.
• Travel to various locations across Wolverhampton to provide community-based occupational therapy services.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration - Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Full driving licence - Required for travel across community locations within Wolverhampton.
