Working Pattern: Full Time – 37 hours per week (Monday–Thursday 8:30–5:00, Friday 8:30–4:30)

What You Will Do:

• Conduct quick turnaround Child and Family assessments with accuracy and confidence.

• Engage sensitively with children on the edge of care, delivering targeted support and intervention.

• Manage Child in Need cases and support step-up processes to Child Protection where required.

• Undertake occasional emergency court work and hand over appropriately to Children in Care Teams.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to secure the best outcomes for children and families.
