What you will do

• Chair child protection conferences, ensuring that all legislative and procedural frameworks are adhered to.
• Collaborate with social workers, families, and partner agencies to create and implement robust safeguarding plans.
• Monitor and review the progress of child protection plans, ensuring they effectively meet the needs of children and families.
• Provide expert guidance and support to social work teams, enhancing their practice and safeguarding capabilities.
• Participate in strategy discussions and planning meetings to contribute to risk assessments and decision-making.
