I'm recruiting for a Business Development Manager covering Wales and the South West.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-known premium brand and take ownership of a high-potential territory, with a real focus on developing new business and building strong, long-term customer relationships.

You'll be:

- Winning new salon accounts across the territory
- Growing and developing existing customers
- Building strong relationships with business owners
- Representing the brand at events and within the industry
- Managing your territory with genuine autonomy

You could already be working within hair, beauty, spa or wellness, or have field-sales experience with another premium consumer brand.

What matters most is that you're commercially driven, confident opening doors and genuinely excited by new business.
