Key Responsibilities:
As our Business Developer, you’ll drive our expansion in the Netherlands. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the region.
- Cultivating strong relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and other key partners.
- Leveraging your network to source high-quality rental properties tailored to our clients’ needs.
- Guiding corporate clients through every step—from initial contact to contract signing.
- Tracking local market trends and providing actionable insights to keep us ahead.
What You Bring
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management (real estate experience is a plus, but not required).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- An entrepreneurial spirit: proactive, self-driven, and results-focused.
- Ability to work remotely.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Netherlands.
