Salary: €1700 gross per month

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join the Food & Beverage team at our luxury 5-star hotel. In this role, you will craft exceptional cocktails and deliver memorable experiences to our discerning guests in an elegant and sophisticated setting. This is an opportunity to showcase your expertise while contributing to the refined atmosphere that defines our establishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and serve high-quality, innovative cocktails and beverages tailored to guest preferences.
• Provide attentive, personalized service with a warm, professional, and discreet demeanour.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of premium spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail trends.
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organized, and presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and elegance.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to develop seasonal drink menus and special offerings.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and minimize waste while controlling costs.
• Uphold all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and create bespoke drink experiences.
• Maintain a polished appearance and contribute to the sophisticated ambiance of the bar.
• Assist with bar setup, closing procedures, and cash handling as required.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a hotel, bar, or fine-dining establishment.
• Expertise in classic and contemporary cocktail preparation, with a creative approach to mixology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests in a refined manner.
• Strong knowledge of premium spirits, wine, and beer, as well as bar operations and service standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a commitment to excellence.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
