My client is looking for a commercially minded Conference Producer to lead the development of high-profile conference programmes within a fast-growing events business. You'll be responsible for creating compelling content, securing industry-leading speakers, and delivering commercially successful conferences from concept through to live delivery.

What You'll Do

Research and develop conference agendas and content strategies
Recruit senior industry speakers, regulators, and thought leaders
Build and manage speaker relationships throughout the event lifecycle
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximise commercial performance
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
Support sponsorship opportunities and client engagement
Ensure programmes remain commercially attractive for delegates and sponsors
Attend industry events and represent the business internationally
Support onsite delivery to ensure a first-class delegate experience
