What you will do:
- Represent the Trust in all aspects of the Safeguarding Adults and Children's Board activity and their associated delivery groups.
- Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive training programmes for safeguarding adults and children across the organisation.
- Produce and present high-quality assurance reports at Trust Board level, including action plans, risk management, and audit data.
- Continue to drive progress and participate in the One Integration Project for Health Services Safeguarding across the County Integrated Care System.
- Lead and manage PREVENT related work within the Trust to ensure robust safeguarding measures.
- Collaborate across departments, representing the team and driving continuous improvement in safeguarding processes.
Qualifications / Requirements / Person Specification:
- HCPC registration is essential.
- A valid driving licence is required, as travel within Gloucester is essential.
