What you will do

• Act as a Medication Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and guidelines across mental health services.
• Lead pharmacy services for learning disability services, implementing best practices for medicines management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care and improve clinical outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on medication safety and mental health pharmacotherapy.
• Conduct regular audits and contribute to risk management strategies to maintain high standards of service.

Requirements

• HCPC registration is required to practise as a pharmacist.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical pharmacy, with a focus on mental health and medicine safety.
• Driving licence desirable, as the role may involve working across multiple sites.
