What you will do:

- Assess and manage patients with Head and Neck conditions
- Deliver specialist Speech and Language Therapy interventions
- Assess communication and swallowing difficulties
- Develop and review patient treatment plans
- Provide specialist advice to patients, carers, and healthcare colleagues
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records and reports
- Support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care

Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working as a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist
- Proficiency in assessing and managing dysphagia
- Ability to independently handle a specialist caseload
- Excellent communication skills along with teamwork experience
- Previous experience in NHS Speech and Language Therapy
- Experience within specialist Head and Neck services
- Proficiency in delivering advanced dysphagia interventions
