What you will do:

• Offer a specialist paediatric nutrition and dietetic service for United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust and other service users, predominantly based at Pilgrim Hospital.
• Manage a Paediatric Dietetic Service for both inpatients and outpatients, ensuring support and care for paediatric home enteral feeding patients through domiciliary visits.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design personalised dietary plans for children, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
• Educate and provide guidance to patients, families, and healthcare staff regarding nutrition therapy and healthy eating practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and monitor patient progress to adapt dietary plans as necessary.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration is essential.
• A valid driving licence is required, as the role involves travelling to various locations within the Boston area.
